Written scope, not a verbal promise
Most cleaning-contract disputes trace back to one problem: nobody wrote down what "clean" meant. We produce a written scope before the first clean, listing every task and its frequency. When there is a disagreement about whether something is in scope, the document settles it — not a memory of what was discussed on the phone.
The same crew, every visit
A crew that cleans your building every week learns the layout, the sensitive areas, and the small things that matter to your staff. Crew rotation is one of the most common complaints we hear about prior vendors. We assign a specific crew to your building and keep that assignment stable.
22 years of scoping West Valley facilities
Two decades of writing scopes for offices, medical suites, retail spaces, and industrial buildings across the Avondale area means we do not need to guess at what a 12,000 sq ft distribution office or a 2,000 sq ft dental suite actually requires. We have scoped both, many times.
Insured and bonded, with documentation on request
We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations, and every crew we dispatch is bonded. A certificate of insurance is available with every written quote — before you sign anything. Full details are on our insured and bonded page.
A response commitment we keep
We answer the phone Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm. Outside those hours, every message gets a next-business-day callback — not an automated loop, not a week of silence. If something is wrong with a scheduled clean, nightly-contract issues are addressed within one business day.
