What a deep clean and reset covers
A quarterly deep clean addresses the surfaces routine cleaning does not reach on a weekly cadence: baseboards and door frames, ceiling vents and air diffusers, interior glass and window tracks, upholstered furniture (vacuum and light spot treatment), light fixture exteriors, and behind or under furniture that is not moved during standard visits. In facilities with resilient flooring, this also includes floor stripping and refinishing where applicable.
Why quarterly, not annual
Arizona’s dust load is heavier than most markets — construction activity and open desert on the edges of the West Valley mean HVAC vents and horizontal surfaces accumulate faster than in cooler, wetter climates. An annual deep clean lets buildup accumulate to a point where it affects air quality and appearance between services. Quarterly keeps it manageable.

This service is not sold standalone — it is scheduled as an add-on to an existing weekly, bi-weekly, or nightly contract, on a quarterly cadence set at the time the scope is written.
